I was watching a Christmas episode of Big Bang Theory with my husband and I saw that Penny had the CUTEST Santa hat. I just had to make one. Yah I'm a huge geek lol Christmas is just around the corner and I thought it was the perfect time to make a Santa hat ;) I know it isn't a replica of Penny's Hat. It is only inspired by her hat. I wanted to put my own twist on it. I have the pattern available in my etsy shop for $3 if anyone in interested. It was tricky to write so go easy on me. What do you think?
Here is a link that might help out if you are trying to do cables

I saw a pattern recently that had 2 pom poms, but it wasn't what I wanted because what I really wanted was Penny's from The Big Bang Theory!! Haha!! I'm so glad you made one, and now I might have to as well!! I'm so glad other people are nerds like me. lol
LOL it isn't exactly like hers but I did the best I could to make a similar one :) I put my geek on haha. I love that show.
Very cute hat! Good luck on your sales.
I hope you get to feeling better. I, as always, love the pattern. :)
Thanks :D
You are the BEST!! This is soooo cute! I love ALL of your patterns... so unique and magical.... I must have made half a dozen slouch hats by now and given them all away as gifts... I hope you feel better!
Thanks so much :)
I've been checking your Etsy shop to see if the pattern was there for the Santa hat. I don't see it. Am I missing it? I'd love to buy it.
Thanks!
It is up now :) When someone buys a pattern it goes down until I can relist it
The pattern down again :(
It's up again :) Someone bought it last night while I was sleeping. *contrary to popular belief yes I do sleep lol* I am usually on top of things during the day so if it isn't there check back within the hour and it probably will be unless I am out getting my daughter from school :)
I just love you designs, thank for sharing. I go to order the pattern for the flapear hat. By the way where did you get you manniquin head?
Thanks! I got the mannequin head online. I did a search for mannequin heads and it was one of the first shops that came up.
Could not find the link to the video for the cables.
I'm having trouble understanding the assembly part of it. Would it be possible to post a video explaining?
