Little Fox Crochet Pattern

I made this little crochet stuffed fox for my daughter. When I was really young I remember watching a cartoon about a prince that visited other planets. Years later I found out that was The Little Prince, and that it was based off a book. I instantly fell in love with the story. The Fox was my favorite character. I wanted to share that with my daughter, but she has a really short attention span involving books. I decided to make this little fox while she was at school. I hid it, and then told her there was a surprise for her if she could get through the story. I read the story to her, and when I finished the Fox part, I got up and brought the fox to her. I told her that he wasn't tamed, and that she needed to tame him. So, now this little fox has his own bed next to hers, and she has been carrying him around everywhere. Hopefully, she will remember this when she is older :)

Blue Butterfly Crochet Headband

I wanted to try my hand at wearing fake dreads. So, of course I needed to make a Dreadband. The cool part is, it works for a regular headband too. Bonus! I haven't had the time to put dreads in yet, but I will post pics when I do. Expect more Headband/Dreadband patterns in the future. News: I opened a new shop where I am going to sell physical items and not patterns. It is pretty much just a place for me to sell stuff I make from time to time, crochet related or not. Winter Hat Crochet Pattern

This hat was a Christmas gift for my husband. I wanted to make him something warm, and not so outrageous. *I crochet a lot of fairy hats, not exactly something a guy would want to wear all the time ;)* I had a friend point out that it kinda looks like a Minecraft creeper. That was unintentional, but a welcome bonus. My daughter and husband both play that game, so maybe it was in my subconscious. LOL

Winter Forest Hood

I was watching the CW series"Arrow" and was inspired to crochet this hood. It ended up being a bit heavier than planned so that is why I put Winter in the title. It is super cozy. Woodland Top Hat

With all of this snow I have been thinking of Spring. How fun it will be to go hiking in the woods ;) I wanted to make a hat that I could wear to keep the flies off my head and the sun out of my eyes. This is the design I came up with. Oh and I am excited I finally get to use my "man" mannequin head. Unfortunately, I can only take side view pictures of him because whoever painted his eyes made him look like he had a lazy eye and he looks horrible. Oh well. It still works lol ;D What do you think? Zipper Pony (Pony with a Zipper Pocket)

I made this for my Daughter as a Yule gift. She has been begging me for an Orange Pony for years now. I was trying to think of a new pattern, since I already have a few pony patterns, and then the idea to put a pocket in it came to my mind. It is a little girl's dream come true. A pony with a pocket to stash stuff. There are so many things she can put in it. Money, candy storage, treasures, rice pack, herbal sachets. jewelery, ect... the list goes on and on. She loves it. Cotton Candy Bunny Hat

My daughter brought home the Velveteen Bunny book from school. (ah the memories of balling like a baby when I first read that book as a child. Fortunately, this was a child's version so it wasn't so bad) I plan on making her a bunny soon but I don't know when I will be able to get to it. I might make it a Yule Gift if time allows lol. I made her this hat for now. I had some baby yarn left over from a hat I made a long time ago so I used it to make it soft and fluffy. I didn't really expect her to wear it to school because to me it looked like a baby hat (probably because the yarn was marketed that way) but when she got to school everyone swarmed her. Goblin Earflap Hat Pattern

For some reason with the colors of this hat it reminded me of a Goblin. I made this as a Yule gift for my friend Kathrine (Kathrine: you knew it was for you ;) lol) I wanted to make a hat that was long enough for a scarf but wasn't super bulky toward the top of the hat. The tail is skinnier than the other hats I have made in the past. I like it. Less time to make lol. What do you think? Cutie Kitty Pattern

My daughter loves cats. So I made this for her. Right now she is learning how to read and there is something called RAZ-Kids that she does on the computer for school. She can gain levels by reading the stories they have. When she reads she gains points. A bar will fill up just like an experience bar in a video game. I have been crocheting her stuff for every level she gets. A star or a ball whatever color she wants. She seems to like that. She is on her last level so I wanted to make her something special so I came up with this. She named it Cutie. So now she has to work hard so she can play with it. Motivation is key ;D Also I can make one of these in about 2 hours, depending on how distracted I am. I am thinking I will make a whole bunch more in different colors for stocking suffers ;) I didn't add a nose or mouth because it looked so cute with just eyes. If I do one in another color I might add to it. It's kinda hard to get details on a black stuffed animal. What do you think? Fallen Star Slouchy Hat Pattern

Like I said before I am not that great at picking names for a hat, I chose Fallen Star because it was a black star. Yah I know it's corny lol. Anyways, I have been meaning to make another slouchy hat pattern with a star, now that I know so much more about writing patterns and crochet in general. You never stop learning ;) This is what I came up with. It is so comfy. Great for bad hair days. (or in my case when I take my daughter to school. I'm not a morning person. This way I don't have to brush my hair. shhhh don't tell anyone) It is warm but not too warm and people don't expect you to take your hat off because it is "stylish" hehe. I think it is my favorite hat right now :) I loved it so much I made another one with glow in the dark yarn. I can't wait to wear it to the bar.
