I really wanted to make something for Valentine's Day. I decided I wanted to make a hat with hearts going all around it. I dug out the graph paper and got to work. I figured I would go with my Convertible hat pattern and just add the hearts. I love hats where you can put your hair through the top. I can't get the hair on my mannequin to go through the top of the hat (It's just a wig). I have been sick so I didn't want to model looking all sickly lol but you can still pull your hair through if you like :) What do you think?
and here is the chart you can use with the Convertible Hat Pattern
Love it!!!

ReplyDeleteJuliChu: I think you have it figured out by now but you can use paypal or credit cards :)
What a beautiful pattern! I am sure I could never make something like this, but for someone who has a lot of crochet talent, this looks so fun to make!
ReplyDeleteThanks :)
ReplyDeleteI love it, but can't read diagrams. Is there a written pattern? I'd love to make this for my 3yr old!

ReplyDeleteI want to compliment you on your patterns. I love crochet and am always trying and experimenting with new ideas. I turn lots of them into hats and scarves or throws to give away in the winter. But this convertible pattern is so clever!!!!! and one i would never have thought of. Lots of people are going to get these next winter, you can be sure of that!!!
